ASSESSMENT OF REQUIREMENTS

1. Assessing the requirements by working closely with the internal stake holders

2. Developing a job description for the role in consultation with internal stake holders

3. Setting Turn Around Time for on boarding talent to fill the open vacancy


SOURCING

4. Devising a strategy to source relevant candidates

5. Based on strategy, identify sources for hiring talent, which include – Campus Hiring. Job Boards, Social Media Campaigns, Conduct Competitions such as Hackathon etc, Attend Job Fairs, External hiring through agencies

6. Advertising for inviting applications ( Job Boards, Newspapers, Social Media)

7. Organize campus drives, walk-ins at the office


Shortlist

8. From the applications, shortlist the most relevant applications via preliminary screening

9. Invite the shortlisted candidates for the next round of interview


Selection

10. Conduct HR screening round, shortlist candidates for operations rounds

11. Organize operation round with the hiring manager

12. Select the candidates post rigorous interview process


Offer Stage

13. Request for documentary proofs of selected candidates

14. Carry out a background test for the selected candidates

15. Negotiate an offer with the selected candidates


On boarding

16. Request for offer acceptance

17. Ask for resignation copy and acceptance from candidates current employer, if applicable

18. Prepare for on boarding of the candidate on his joining date

19. Handover the candidate to the on boarding team on the date of joining
